Employee training and development with virtual training methods
Training and development are a crucial factor for the better development of the employees in any type of an organization
A program called employee training assists employees in acquiring specialized information or abilities to enhance performance in their existing positions. In contrast to an immediate work position, employee development is more comprehensive and places a greater emphasis on employee development and future performance.
The evaluation of employee performance and the
growth of their talents and skills depend greatly on training and development
initiatives
There are several ways used in virtual training and development applications, which are carried out in remote or created settings
The figure in below gives some of the methods that can be used in the understanding on virtual training and applying them as per the need is a significant application. Management should understand when to use these methods in making better influence

Advantages and disadvantages of the virtual training
There are advantages and disadvantages of
the virtual training. Understanding both these can make significant outcomes in
making better outcomes. following gives the advantages and disadvantages of the
virtual training of the employees

Both positives and negatives should be identified in the process and it is highly needed to consider the outcomes related with these processes to make the proper training outcomes.
Conclusion
Employee training and development is a very critical process toward the organization growth. Especially the virtual concept came with the new technology revolution and it it a massive hit compare to face to face discussion. Vitual process is veru convenience, cost effective and most important is that it is very convenience to gainer. Although it has the advantages and disadvantages the process is in practice all the organizations and are mostly appreciated process too.

Thank you sharing valuable topic and employee can learn how to use the software or equipment needed for the position through a variety of on Job training applications. Additionally, Flexibility, convenience, and cost effectiveness are a few advantages of virtual training. On the other hand, technical issues and poor management and handling of data are disadvantages of virtual training.

Practically speaking, it is clear that virtual training is the ideal method for staff development and training if we can reduce the drawbacks of this procedure. In order to make the results of the training process clear, I also believe that virtual training should be compatible with the Strick post evaluation procedure.

DeleteAfter the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual training became more popular. In our organization, we have given many training sessions virtually to our employees. As a consulting and auditing organization, our company conducts many trainings remotely.
