Labor Relationship of Employee Performances

Labor depends on the human resources that are present in the company, thus it is crucial that the employees have adequate connections in order to obtain the best results from them and achieve the company's goals (Newman, et al., 2019). The relationships of the labors are depending on the needs and wants of them and the satisfaction should be vice versa. Managers and employees should have satisfaction with their relationships.

Organizations must adhere to a variety of procedures in order to maintain good working relationships. Laws and regulations regarding labor need protection, wages should be satisfying both employee and employer relation to their inputs, working facilities should be improved, working conditions for the employees need optimization, and awarding and recognizing the positive labor relationship with in the organization (Samwel, 2018; D'Alessio & Oberbeck, 2017).

The definition of employee performance might also vary depending on the academic field. The frequency and techniques used by workers to work in businesses to achieve their goals and objectives can be noted as employee performance (Arif, et al., 2019). This is a crucial element to consider since employee performance is essential to the success of the firm as a whole. There are several organizational aspects that influence the level of performance among workers, and businesses must have clear applications to control employee performance (Pandey, 2020). labor relationships rising in importance since they assist employers in improving worker productivity. 

Performance among workers is on the upswing as a result of the staff's high degree of satisfaction and dedication to the company (Soomro, et al., 2018). This reality is possible because of the good working connections between management and labor, in which the latter's subordinates happily listen to their superiors' instructions and carry them out. Employee happiness is a valuable asset for businesses (Sapada, et al., 2018). Thus, in order to get the best results, it is crucial that staff are satisfied and happy.

As per the OnBlick (2021), Below are the benefits of employee and labour relations listed 

1. Committment to the organization :
Inorder to get the maximum positive output from the organization, the organization should be with a very good environment and well motivation to the staff by good incentive. The more employee is happy the more better relation ship will be build amoung the employee and the employer. This relationship will lead to put less effort to the management, for employee to perform their task and effort. Also this shall be communicated amoung the employees and a positive and a committed staff environment will be built. 

2. Improvement in employee motivation :
As expolained in the point 1, the motivation lead the employee to a better performer. The more management encorage the employee the more the organization benefits with employee's hardworking. This will impact in employee satisfaction and thieir connections with the managers and leaders. 

3. Employee retention :
According to points 1 and 2, The employee feel satisfaction with the work force. When the employee is recognised with their work skills and knoledge they also will treat the work place with good heart. When the management make the employee more satisfaction with bonus, upgrades in their work, motivation with their appraisals will make emplyoee to more attached to the orgaization. Employee turnoveer will drastically reduce. 

4. A healthy office culture : 
When employee feel that they are well attacehd with their leaders and management they feel very healthy environment among the working culture. The management and leaders should treat all the employees in balancing and same level of treatement, Then the normal employee also feel he is valued and given importancy. This will reduce the conflicts, harassment or discrimination among the employees. 

5. Increased Revenue :
Accordingly when the employees are treat well and when they feel satisfaction and a healthy work place the production vity and the customer satisfaction relatively increase. This will results in customer retention and a growth in revenue too. Directly the company will run on profit due to the existing entrusted and committed employees. 

6. Enhanced focus on organization goal :
When all above 5 points are in practice as said the built positive and healthy work environments will lead to acheive the organization's goal. It will be a win win situation to employee aswell as employers too. Good existing committed staff with positive working mind will support on forht coming additional goals. 

Accordance with these factors, management of better labor relationships among the workers and employer is highly important in the delivery of the success in companies. This is a long term process and the foundations are necessary to be strong to have positive outcomes. 


Conclusion 

As explained in above the employee performance are vital for an organizations, while these performance statistics are to be reached the employer for them to evaluate and build a better labor relationship. Better labor relationship will result the organization’s growth, thus eventually it will highly impact on the country’s economy too, while employees too could upgrade financial status.
