1. People Management
It is a believe that the people management in an organization is necessary and it plays a vital roll for a structured company, as the human resources required in all levels of companies. Especially starting from recruitment, selection and throughout the rewards and appraisal process, including termination or service end of an employees. The People management is important not only for employees, also for a company’s top management to realize what’s going on behind the process and impacts on the company growth. Most importantly when a situation comes, a company procedure or an employee?, the People Management and Human Resources Management takes a major roll, irrespective of either party.

2. What is People Management ?
According to Lattice Team, (2018) People Management is a wide area which educate the management as how to develop the organization methodically
by practicing organizing, problem solve for, and grow the employee side of the business.
For this, an organization requires special skilled personnel in the management
team, to review in aspects of employee’s wellbeing, beyond the expectation of
the employee’s work performance.

As per the same author Lattice Team, (2018) we required special mindset with below attitude to ensure the management of people is well handled.
b. Separate personal problems from organisational ones.
c. Understand each employee’s purposes.
d. Balance praise and criticism wisely.
e. Always ask employees this open-ended question.
f. Check in when nothing is wrong.
g. Don’t leave things to chance.
2.1. Examples of skills in people management
Lets look at the video in below, for a clear understanding of People Management and Concepts.
A company to sustain with good growth, it is required a special skilled Leaders and Managers. Always there is a need of looking matters from the views of employee's shoes, and should be able to convert their thoughts to a useful facts to the organization's growth and need to be communicated in such manner with employees. Listening to an employee, will resolve half of the problem and by solving a problem within the time factor will lead the company to the growth, also will empower the employees too. Training and coaching for this process will be an adequate process. Implementing strategies and policies will retain the infrastructure of the company while employees will feel that they are recognized and awarded.
With the revolution of an era, the personnel management norm turned in to a bigger version called Human Resources Management, which considering many criteria of people management.
3. The development of Human Resource Management
Human Resource Management is a process in an organisation relating the management and the employees towards the organisation goal, by recruitment and selecting, training and coaching, performance management, employee motivation, wellness, safety and benefits (Heathfield, 2021).
