Labor Relationship of Employee Performances Labor depends on the human resources that are present in the company, thus it is crucial that the employees have adequate connections in order to obtain the best results from them and achieve the company's goals (Newman, et al., 2019) . The relationships of the labors are depending on the needs and wants of them and the satisfaction should be vice versa. Managers and employees should have satisfaction with their relationships. Organizations must adhere to a variety of procedures in order to maintain good working relationships. Laws and regulations regarding labor need protection, wages should be satisfying both employee and employer relation to their inputs, working facilities should be improved, working conditions for the employees need optimization, and awarding and recognizing the positive labor relationship with in the organization (Samwel, 2018; D'Alessio & Oberbeck, ...
